Good morning! Anyone in the mood for a muffin this morning? I don’t know about you, but I am in the mood for a muffin just about every morning. And i guess that most of You would have thought about chocolate chip or cookie butter muffins, but for this morning i suggest you to
have blueberry muffins instead. This is a great muffin recipe to bookmark – it is so easy to throw together, and you can customize it with what you have on hand.
Recently I started seeing chocolate sugar cookies on Pinterest, not only around the holidays. I guess that the most of You think, and I definitely agree, that there is always a reason to make chocolate cookies; no special occasion is necessary.
They are thick, incredibly chewy, and even little bit chocolatey. They are, for all intents and purposes, perfect. And Yes, they will make your heart swoon.
Besides the endless amount of sugar I pour on my apron and obviously into my blog too, I also love breakfast and brunch recipes. I’ve got muffins, breads and some amazing French toast here. Muffins fall into the “quick” category as you can see why, when you make this recipe. All you need are two bowls; one for the wet ingredients, and one for the dry.
No, No…. It is delicious and very good for you too, and also very easy to make. Even if it doesn’t look super pretty and very promising, it is very moist and light, not too sweet, not too fruity. Just perfect, not only as a Sunday treat.
Omg, you guys.
I was planning to start each post with a funny/witty/amusing word which has little, if anything, to do with the actual recipe I’m posting. Because I think everyone likes those kinds of stories. But, I just can’t this time. These are too freakin’ good. They deserve their own post. They are one of the tastiest things I’ve ever concocted – and I don’t throw that around lightly! Even better? They are BEYOND easy. And I ate a bunch….i should know better, they are out of this world good.
