Start with preheating the oven to 350F. Grease or line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl beat together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add flour and salt and mix until the mixture is crumbly.
Pour the mixture into prepared baking pan and spread in an even layer and bake about 17 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.
While the crust is baking, in a blender or a bowl add the lemon juice, lemon zest, strawberry puree, eggs and sugar. Blend until smooth. Add flour, baking powder and salt and blend for another 15 sec or until smooth.
Pour over the hot crust when it’s finished baking and bake for additional 23-26 minutes or until the top is lightly golden.
Cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
