In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, salt and pepper, stirring until thoroughly mixed.
Transfer the mixture to a square baking pan lined with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Spread the mixture evenly in thick layer and freeze for 30 minutes.
In the meantime, whisk eggs and milk together.
Place the flour, egg mixture, and breadcrumbs into three separate bowls.
Once the dip is completely frozen, remove the block of dip from the tin foil and cut into 1/2 inch strips, then slice the strips in half into sticks. Keep them frozen as you bread them.
Dip the spinach dip cheese sticks into the flour, then the eggs, then the breadcrumbs, then back into the eggs, and finally back into the breadcrumbs.
Set the breaded sticks aside on a plate.
Heat oil in skillet and cook sticks for about 30 seconds to a minute on each side, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside, but making sure the dip has melted on the inside.
Drain on paper towels.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
