Last week, when I began analyzing my collection of stuffing recipes, my head started spinning. There’s something so satisfying about stuffing food inside more food, right?
This is especially the case for mushrooms. Mushrooms are yummy and delicious and the perfect boat to hold other delicious ingredients like sausage, bacon, cheese, crab, garlic, spinach, etc…., and after a short search i came across on a simple appetizer recipe, Just 3 ingredients – 3 of my favorite foods – bacon, cream cheese and mushrooms. So simple, so good ! And that’s what an appetizer is meant to be, isn’t it?
And of course, you could certainly add in sausage or crab if you wish, or even spinach. Get creative and enjoy!
