I'm recipe developer, photographer, writer, and taste tester behind this blog. I develop my recipes and photos through good old fashioned trial and error, some days I have more success than others, as you can judge by the photos here. Grab a cup of coffee (or beverage of your choice) and stay with me awhile, poke through recipes, pick your favourite and reach out to me if you have any questions!

  1. Thank you for your hard and looks like fun work! I am enjoying your recipes and
look forward to trying many more!

    Thank you!

  2. When my daughter-in-law served this dessert at a family get-together awhile back, we thought we’d floated away on a heavenly cloud of strawberries and cream. So much yumminess in one hit….oh-my-goodyness!

  3. Whoops, hit send, I am refering to the strawberry pretzel dessert. Thank you for sharing the yumminess.

  4. I made this for a dear friend’s birthday party. Oh my! So delicious. I so enjoyed so many asking me if I really made this?!!
I do recommend a change in the order of the ingredients. I put the fruit infused cheese mixture in the prepped pan first followed by the white cheese mixture as the directions said. But the cheese mixed with the fruit was soupier than the cheese without and so the “white” cheese mixture did not want to spread. If I made it again (and who wouldn’t?) I will put the white on the bottom and pour the fruity cheese on top. Also I added some raspberries – because I had them – added even more tang. So good!
