Start your day with a healthy Peach Oatmeal Smoothie. Unbelievable! I looked at all my posts again from my first blogging days and saw a very surprising fact for me. Among the 30 recipes that I posted until now, there is no recipe for smoothies! I know that these days you can find a smoothie shop on almost every corner. But as easy as they are to make, why not make them at home? Not only because you can customize to your favorite flavor combinations, but you can know exactly what is being put in your smoothie, and You’re not left wondering if there are some preservatives or other weird additives that may not be so good for you.
Today I’m sharing a Peach Oatmeal Smoothie. It’s a no fuss, tasty treat. Make mini portions for a party, or a full size smoothie for a meal or a snack. Would it be a bad thing if I admitted that today We had two of this ? Okay, maybe three or four, but who’s counting? While this is a sweet treat, it sure is a healthier choice than a a bowl of ice cream.
