And with Super Bowl Sunday fast approaching, I know what You’re all thinking about: Choosing right appetizer dip.  When it comes to football appetizer dips, Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip is the absolute perfect game day food. This stuff is so utterly crazy addictive that I have actually sat here and struggled to find words to describe it. Let me paint this picture for you: Do you ever go to a party and find yourself addicted to one dip or appetizer ? Something you just can’t seem to pull yourself away from? Simply planted in one place for a little too long trying to get a few bites of this stuff.  But it is always gone within minutes. Embarrassing? A must have at every large get together : holidays, birthdays or game-days....

Well, Y’all should definitely make this Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip and see what I’m talking about. (And you may even need two batches because if you have a crowd, this dip will be gone in no time and you’ll wish you had more.)

Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

Yield: 4 cups

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, divided
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • * slices of baguette

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream & ranch dressing.
  3. Toss chicken with 1/2 cup buffalo sauce.
  4. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled blue cheese.
  5. Spread into the bottom of (8 or 9-inch) deep-dish or small casserole dish.
  6. Bake 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve with lightly toasted slices of baguette.

  1. This dip is so beyond amazing!! I did opt out of the baguettes though, instead I put this dip on top of a baked potato and added some scallions! This was the second time I made this and my family of 5 just can’t get enough, thanks for this delicious recipe:)
