Homemade Ranch Dressing Recipe

News for ranch lovers! Forget the bottled stuff, you don’t need to run to the store for a jar of your favorite ranch dressing or dip.  All of the ingredients are likely sitting right there in your pantry cabinet ! Just do a little measuring and a little mixing,  you wouldn’t need more than 5 minutes. It is seriously that easy! You could dip almost anything in it, seriously – chicken fingers, fries, carrots, you name it! Your friends will ask for the recipe. It’s up to you whether you want to claim it as your own “secret recipe.”

Homemade Ranch Dressing Recipe

yield: 2 CUPS

Ingredients

3/4 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 small bunch of chives
1 small bunch of fresh parsley
2 clove garlic
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper




 

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend for 10 seconds. Whisk all ingredients together to combine. Check consistency and blend in additional more milk if desired.
3. Allow flavors to combine in the refrigerator before serving.
4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
