I have a little confession to make….. I got kinda hooked on these this weekend. These are so easy to make, just slice them into sticks, bread and bake. Crispy, tender, salty and flavorful they taste just like fried zucchini, only so much healthier.
They’re a perfect little appetizer, side dish for sandwiches, or even a great after school snack and a totally painless way to get your veggies. You must try this soon. Your taste buds will thank you!
Serve them with ranch or marinara, and however you serve them … enjoy.
