I’ve always liked the flavor of condensed milk and as you well know, sweetened condensed milk makes a lot of stuff taste better. Condensed milk on a thick, fluffy slice of buttered golden toast (my favorite), condensed milk drizzled on top of shaved ice, condensed milk in tapioca milk tea, condensed milk in Chocolate Coconut Cream Truffles….etc
I love truffles and It’s been months since I’ve had one, but the other day I got a sudden, random craving. So I did what any food blog owner should do: I figured out how to make them.
Shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and Sweetened condensed milk ( makes for a moist coconut center you’ll love) are all you need to make these easy and decadent treats. You could always use white chocolate instead, but my heart belongs to milk or dark chocolate.
You coooould make them into bite-sized pieces, does that mean You’ll eat less? Absolutely not.
