How to make a perfect brownie from SCRATCH ?

Don’t over beat the batter after flour and cocoa powder are added, this creates air pockets which causes cake-like texture.
If you want the fudgiest brownie ever make sure not to over bake.
Cool before cutting to a room temperature, this will result in perfect cut! For every cut clean and dip the knife in warm water to get nice clean edges.

Homemade Chocolate Buttercream Frosting:

Homemade, rich and creamy, easy to make in a few minutes, buttercream frosting goes well on many sweet treats.
Use good quality cocoa powder for the better taste of your frosting,  and make sure to use sifted sugar otherwise you will get lumps which are later almost impossible to get rid of.

Making Chocolate Fudge Brownie Pie from SCRATCH

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter or spray with a non stick spray a 9-inch pie plate or spring form pan. Set aside.
In a bowl combine dry ingredients: the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. In a  another medium bowl, first mix the butter and sugar with an electric hand mixer, then beat in the eggs, add vanilla and mix well for 1-2 minutes, until the mixture becomes fluffy and light in color.
Add this to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth, being careful not to over-mix as this will cause the brownie to be more cake-like in texture. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake on a middle shelf of the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. While the brownie is baking make the chocolate frosting.
Combine all ingredients together in a medium bowl and mix on medium low speed with a hand mixer, until smooth.
Remove pie from the oven and immediately sprinkle the marshmallows on top and return to the oven for a few more minutes to melt the marshmallows, be careful not to over-bake them.  When done remove from the oven and carefully spread the chocolate frosting all over the top. Leave the pie to cool completely. Cut into wedges to serve.
