Perfect for a Sunday night football game!

I’ve been making these crack chicken tortilla roll-ups for years! The best part is that you can combine everything in one bowl, roll this mixture in a tortilla, chill, and serve. I make these for block parties, tailgates, and just to eat as a snack because my whole family loves them.

The perfect Super Bowl finger food! Not only do they taste good, but they also present well with all the different colors!

Here’s how to make crack chicken tortilla roll-ups :

Gather your ingredients

  • Cream cheese
  • Milk
  • Ranch mix
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Chopped cooked bacon
  • Cooked shredded chicken
  • Flour tortillas

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except tortillas until well mixed.
Lay a tortilla out on a plate and spread an even layer of the chicken and cheese mixture all the way to the edges (about 2 to 3 tbsp).
Roll up the tortilla tightly and place it on a plate and then repeat until all the ingredients have been used. Pop into the fridge to chill for 2 hours.
Slice each rolled tortilla off the ends and set aside. Garnish with sliced green onion or chopped parsley.

Tips for success :

  •  – Add more milk if desired.
  •  – make sure your tortillas are at room temperature before you roll them so they are nice and flexible.
  •  -Smaller tortillas may be used, however, you will need to adjust the amount of chicken, bacon, and cheese mixture you add to each tortilla.
  •  -If time is an issue, you can skip the refrigeration before slicing or refrigerate for less time. However, for best results, refrigeration is recommended.
  •  – You can use a rotisserie chicken, or cook and shred your own. My grocery store sells pre-cooked, seasoned, shredded chicken which makes these even easier!
