Individual Salted Caramel Apple Pies
There is something wonderful about individualizing desserts in general and cinnamon spiced apple slices drizzled with homemade salted caramel and loaded between two pieces of fried pie dough makes no exception. The idea of individualizing pies makes an elegant twist on the classic apple pie, plus there is no need for knives, plates, or forks, sounds just great to me. Since, I am legitimately addicted – salted caramel combination of “salty and sweet” is one of my favorite things in the world.
