The holidays are the time for EASY recipes.
When looking for an party appetizer one of the key requirements is that it is easy to assemble and often that it can be prepared in advance. No one wants to be stuck in the kitchen throughout their party, Right ? We don’t have time for all that!
There are presents to wrap, Santa’s to visit, Christmas cards to make and mail, and so much more. Cooking should be the least of your worries. And while I was thinking of a easy Christmas appetizer, the light bulb suddenly turns on and a brilliant idea comes out of nowhere, to take the dip we loved so much and turn it into these really amazingly tasty tortilla roll ups!
But, um, can I do one more?
I mean, this is one of the easiest recipes ever, so I figure y’all can hang with me for Tortilla Roll Ups #6, right?

Tortilla Roll Ups
Tortilla roll ups are a simple go-to appetizer recipe. I love how easy it is to switch things up and make all kinds of tortilla roll ups using different ingredients. With just a few ingredients and a few minutes, you’ll have something super tasty ready to go.
To ensure you get the perfect tortilla roll ups:
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla making sure you get as close to the edge as you can. This will provide a ‘glue’ for your roll ups.
When you start to roll your roll up, make the roll as tight as you can. Once you have finished, immediately wrap the roll up in cling film. Ensure this is tight and well sealed.
To make sure the roll ups are stuck together and the tortillas have softened up, refrigerate your log for at least 2 hours. Remember you can make these the day before so give them time to set.
It is best to slice the roll ups into roughly 1/2 inch slices, don’t go too thin as then there isn’t enough tortilla in each pinwheel to create a sturdy structure.

Super tangy feta cheese gets slightly sweetened by the cranberries, and the green onion adds just a little bite! I love that they are red, green, and white, so they look extra festive during this time of the year! Make them even more festive, with spinach tortillas !
Q : How far ahead can these roll ups be made?
A : These Cranberry Feta Tortilla Roll Ups need at least 2 hours in the fridge, but you can make them up to 24 hours before you need them.
Tips for making Cranberry Feta Tortilla Roll Ups :
Make sure your tortillas are at room temperature before you roll them so they are nice and flexible.
Smaller tortillas may be used, however you will need to adjust the amount of bacon and cheese mixture you add to each tortilla.
If time is an issue, you can skip the refrigeration before slicing or refrigerate for less time. However, for best results, refrigeration is recommended.
Make these with spinach tortillas to make them even more festive, but you could use plain or even whole wheat!
